How long does delivery take?

Usually 5-8 days. You will receive tracking information sent to your email or phone number (depending on which you signed up with) for you to follow your order.

Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us by filling the contact us form HERE

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Oh no, I messed up my shipping address or size etc. Can I change it?

If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we will try to make adjustments to your order. However, we can't make any promises. All of our orders are on demand so we usually start immediately after you order. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. Just contact us and we'll see what we can do for you!

Why Can't I Find Any Awareness Products For My Disease?

Please note that we are constantly working on adding products to increase overall awareness. However, sometimes we miss out on the less popular diseases due to the overwhelming demand for the larger known ones. If you have a suggestion or a feeling we are missing something, please use the contact us page and send us your suggestion.
